Personalized Items – Final Sale

All personalized and custom‑made items are final sale. Because each product is made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Production Time

Our typical production time is 1–2 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please reach out — we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, 

or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it.

To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

    Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

    Return Shipping

    For approved defect‑related returns or exchanges, we cover all return shipping costs.


    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Because personalized items begin production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.


    Shipping Delays

    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
